Delete Your Habit of Eating When Stressed or Bored

Gaining Freedom from Your Unhealthy Eating Habit

Juanita Ecker

The chances are that if you struggle with emotional eating or binge eating, you can spot the signs from miles away. This type of eating habit consists of acting on negative emotion, and most often leaves you uncomfortable with guilt and regret. It affects your body, your mood, and your way of thinking.

My clients come to me and express their frustrations with emotional and binge eating – sneaking a large bag of chips into their room or eating an absurd amount of pizza in one sitting. When dealing with such a controlling habit like binge eating, one has to look at the root of the issue. We know that these eating habits stem from negative emotions.

For the sake of understanding that you aren’t alone, I find it essential to share a list of common themes I hear from my clients for why they binge eat:

  • Daily Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Comfort
  • Boredom
  • Loneliness
  • Filling a Void
  • Anger
  • Fear
  • Unresolved Trauma
  • The Need for Control in Their Life (food being the only thing they can control)

Do any of these sound familiar?

I wouldn’t bring attention to these cycles of unhealthy habits if I didn’t have a way out of them. By using the Emotion Code, I can help delete unhealthy eating habits so that you can take back control of your life. I want you to see it for yourself!
