How to Delete Your Desire to Binge on Chocolate with the Emotion Code

Juanita Ecker

It’s the season of dressing up in fun costumes, jack-o-lantern carving, and most importantly, candy sharing. As individuals safely take part in Trick-or-Treating and Halloween get-togethers, candy will be the centerpiece of every activity. In fact, 90 million pounds of chocolate candy is sold during Halloween week, taking a strong lead compared to other holidays (Mobile-Cuisine, 2013).

Leftover Candy

So what happens after the festivities end and you’re left with the uneaten candy? Do you feel out of control in the midst of sugary sweets? Do you feel guilty when you finish the entire bag of chocolate in one sitting?

The Chocolate Mask

It’s possible that your annoying eating habits are the result of unresolved and trapped emotions from your past. Candy, such as chocolate, can be used as a mask — covering and soothing your unwanted emotions. Chocolate is known to be mood-altering due to its chemical makeup. Though chocolate is known for its ability to increase levels of the calming neurotransmitter serotonin, it also contains small amounts of a compound called phenylethylamine, which acts like an amphetamine, stimulating your brain cells to release dopamine (Roizman, 2018). That’s why you feel so great when you indulge in your chocolate craving.

Use the Emotion Code

By using the Emotion Code, I can delete your desire to binge on Halloween candy, such as chocolate. The best part is, it requires zero willpower on your end. Watch how it can be done by viewing the video below!
