Add More Salad to Your Daily Choices with the Emotion Code

Juanita Ecker

I know you understand the importance of eating your fruits and vegetables. This principle has been ingrained into our minds since we were children. You know that it would be best to order a side salad instead of the macaroni and cheese, but you just can’t get yourself to order the bowl of fresh greens. You know that you should build your plate with a balanced portion of vegetables but the thought of eating asparagus, broccoli, or green beans makes you sick. You know that refraining from eating fruits and vegetables can cause health issues such as cardiovascular problems, digestive problems, metabolic problems, vitamin, and mineral deficiencies, and even depression – but to you, the taste of vegetables is too disgusting.

Eat Your Greens

We are all aware of the benefits of eating our greens, however, the problem is actually connecting our intentions with our actions.

You may have heard my clients’ success stories. I have helped to delete cravings for ice cream, salty chips, soda, and more using the Emotion Code. What I love about the Emotion Code is that it is so dynamic. Not only can I delete cravings, but I am also able to add certain foods to your diet.

Making Healthy Choices

Can you imagine a lifestyle of eating the recommended daily portion of fruits and veggies? Can you imagine how much better your body will feel? You will finally have the energy to do the things you’ve been missing out on. I promise it’s not too good to be true. Check out my most recent Facebook Live below to see how it works.
