Catherine: A Lifelong Feeling of Abandonment
For as long as she could remember, Catherine carried a deep sense of abandonment. Throughout her life, this feeling showed up in both her personal and professional relationships, leaving her feeling hurt and alone whenever someone important walked out on her.
When we used the Emotion Code to explore the origins of this feeling, Catherine’s body took us all the way back to when she was in the womb. Her father had wanted her mother to have an abortion. This sense of being unwanted got energetically trapped, creating a belief in Catherine that she was destined to be left behind.
After we released these trapped emotions and subconscious beliefs, Catherine immediately felt a shift. Not long after the session, one of her key employees gave her only a week’s notice before leaving the company. In the past, Catherine would have been devastated, feeling hurt and abandoned once again. But this time, she felt an inner peace, acknowledging the situation without it triggering her old wounds.
Sage: Living in Fear and Never Feeling Safe
Sage came to me with a repeating pattern of constant fear. She had an underlying belief that she would never be safe, and this belief permeated every aspect of her life. It made decision-making difficult and left her feeling constantly on edge.
Using the Emotion Code and Belief Code, we traced this fear back to when she was just 3 years old. Sage had grown up in a house that her family believed was haunted. As a small child, she often felt scared and vulnerable, but her fears were never properly addressed. These trapped emotions and beliefs carried over into adulthood, manifesting as a constant sense of unsafety.
After the session, Sage felt a profound sense of calm—something she had never experienced before. That heavy burden of fear was lifted and she felt like she could breathe freely without constantly looking over her shoulder.
Ella: Turning to Sweets in Times of Stress
Ella had been struggling with emotional eating for years. Whenever life became overwhelming, her go-to comfort was sweets. She couldn’t understand why she kept reaching for sugary treats, even when she didn’t truly want them.
In her session, we discovered that this pattern stemmed from a memory when she was 4 years old. Ella had snuck out of her bedroom during nap time and helped herself to some cookies. Her parents, thinking it was cute, turned the story into a lighthearted family joke, retelling it many times throughout her childhood. But this seemingly harmless story ended up deeply affecting Ella. She had a subconscious belief that sweets were her escape and comfort during moments of stress or pressure.
After addressing and releasing this trapped emotional energy, Ella was able to break free from her lifelong pattern. She reported that she no longer had the urge to turn to sweets when she felt overwhelmed or stressed—a major breakthrough for her emotional and physical well-being.
How Emotion Code and Belief Code Help Break These Patterns
